Romania can now receive and withdraw money from Paypal
After Paypal has accepted Romania only to send money, a few months ago, now they’ve also allowing romanians to receive money from other accounts and also withdraw. This is a great news for Romania and it seems also Bulgaria, that was also accepted to receive only at the same time with Romania, can now also receive and withdraw. You can check the accepted countries here.
This great news from Paypal came right after Google Adsense added the option to receive the money through Western Union, in one day, without fees.
I’ve found out that paypal now allows Romania to withdraw and receive funds from seopedia.

I heard PayPal had a real fight on its hands dealing with fraud in its early days; I mean crime syndicates trying to rip it off. PayPal is good if you are a buyer. If you are a merchant, don’t leave large amounts on deposit with it. http://www.paypalsucks.com
Why did they avoid Romania before. Did they have fraud problems or were they just slowly rolling out to different countries.
The banking system in Romania wasn’t good for them and i think it still isn’t, but it’s good they’re trying.
Well. Paypal alliances with the Public Bank in Malaysia. You can withdrawl any foreign currency with your debit card!!! Wat a powerful transaction medium.

Wow, I guess it’s great that they are reaching out to the rest of the world. I got ripped of by them though, but all in all, they are a good payment processor.
this is a fking bullshit soory my language but i got fooled by pay pals so dear romanian friends DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL, they block my money since 2 weeks ago with no reason and they wont give my money back
all are they sayng to me is to be patient…..lmao patient if 2 weeks doesnt mean patient then i must be out of my mine and they as well, i know ppl who lost 1000 and some dolars o.0 and thats much

Could anyone pls tell me how I can verify paypal and receive (withdraw) money from paypal in Romania? My friend is sending me money from another country by paypal and I need to open up paypal account. What are the banks that are accepted, and can verify paypal, how to withdraw the money receive by paypal. Is it with prepaid / debit credit cards? From which bank should I apply for this card. I recommend you to get a Visa Electron from ING and it works like a charm. After that open a Paypal account and you will be guided through the process. Feel free to ask here if you have any problems.
