First, the website`s layout looks broken and the main menu is split in more parts. I think it should be in one piece.

The images doesn`t have alternate text. Almost every image should have related alternate text.

The secondary flash menu doesn`t have a html alternative and the crawlers can`t visit the links.

I see that the links are rewritten, that`s very good for optimization.

Related to google, it only has 3 backlinks. Some link exchange or directory submission would help.

Meta tags looks fine.

The short review: Make a version of the secondary flash menu, get backlinks, put alternative text at images and try to fix the layout with css and make it work on all browsers
