5 Really Interesting Blogs I Enjoy Reading

I don’t have too many blogs in my RSS reader, because I prefer to keep only about 20-30 and make sure to check out all the posts. I wouldn’t have time to check them out if I added more, so I prefer keeping only the ones I really enjoy reading.

Now here are my top 5 favorites, along with the ones known by everybody, like Shoemoney or John Chow. I will list them, along with my opinion about them, their “about me” page and a few posts written by them that I like.

Dan Lew

Daniel Lew is an Australian blogger and marketer who struggles for success and seems to do a really good job. What I like about him is that he comes with good ideas and has some very good posts.

Mr. Green

He is an affiliate marketer who does some great stuff and shares some of it on his blog. I enjoy his case studies and comparisons very much and his posts have helped me sometimes.

Web Traffic ROI

ZK is a problogger with a pretty ugly blog, but in my opinion, content is king, so that’s the reason I read all his posts.

Stand Out Blogger

Thomas Sinfield is earning about $3,000 a month from blogging, according to him and it’s really nice, considering this is only from his personal blog.

Profit Addiction

Jeremy Litwicki is an internet marketer full of great ideas whom you always have something to learn.

  1. Thanks Alex for reading my blog :) not sure why you did nt like the blog design ..good or bad is a choice and I respect it :)

  2. Hey Alex – all good suggestions. Here are a couple more that are worth checking out: IanFernando.com, AdHustler.com, DangerBrown.com. They each focus on online and affiliate marketing and deliver lots of personal observations and insights in their posts.

    • Thanks Tom, I will check them out. I’m always eager to find more useful and interesting blogs. I’m glad you read my blog and I hope you’ll suscribe :)

  3. THANK YOU, you’re a life saver. It’s horrible trying to actually find something worth reading in this ocean of MFAs and crappy blogs. I have spent 5 hours today on various platforms to get 20 links of people who are writing frequently and do have something to say. Gotta tell you, you’re also bookmarked ;)

    • Thanks Ramona. I have to tell you, I’m very happy for every new reader who bookmarks me or subscribers. By the way, don’t you use RSS ?

      • I have tried to use the system and got 100 messages in a day. It’s arid and hectic. I have bookmarks for my “niches” and open them all daily. I can thus see the entire blog, scan new articles, see the design etc. And it takes 1 minute for my FF to open 60 links, so it’s OK :D

        • What messages ? I wasn’t talking about email subscription. You should try using Google Reader or Thunderbird. It’s much easier.

And by the way, I also read the posts on the blog, so I just check the headline and first few lines then click the link.

Anyway the best method of doing it is the one you like :)

  4. This is a very good list to start with especially for people like me who’s just started exploring the world of internet/affiliate marketing. I am already a regular reader of Web Traffic ROI, and now I have more.

I just started building an internet marketing blog and I think I’m stuck. These blogs may help me go forward.

    Cheers!

    • Yeah, those blogs could help you learn more, especially if you’re a beginner. By the way, I suggest using your own name when commenting, because the links in comments are nofollow anyway and they won’t help you at all.

Also you might be marked as spam on many blogs if using a keyword instead of your name.

  5. Thanks for the mention Alex, appreciate it!

  6. Alex,

Thanks a lot for the mention. As I said before, I really appreciate it. I’m working on writing some new content related to PPV/FB as well. Hope you like it!

    Jeremy

  7. All great sites you’ve recommended Alex. I’ve only recently come across Dan’s site and I’m glad I did as he is a great guy.

It’s always good to see what other sites people like.

  8. Hey Alex! thanks for including me :D I read Dan and ZK’s but just checked out the other two and they are fantastics – especially MrGreen!

  9. All of them are great references. Thx. Alex.

Profit Addiction is already in my Reader :D

  1. [...] Focus on your site structure and try not to place tons of links on your pages. In my opinion, 10 external and 50 internal links are a maximum on every page, so don’t make a huge blogroll even if you have a lot of favorite bloggers. A better way of thanking them for they great posts would be writing a post for this, like I did. [...]
