Google’s september IBL and PR update

Google started to update the IBLs at some datacenters. We surely now that this datacenter is updated.

It may be the final update or a test for the upcoming update. We will find out for sure soon.

Also, after the IBL update, a PR update is predicted to come. It would be an unexpected move for Google, as everyone thought  that the update will be about three months after the last one.
