Lately, Adsense has changed a lot in their ads, including video ads, ads branding, with the G logo in the ads instead or alogn with the Ads by Google text, the google shopping cart icon in the ads and now is testing ads with italicized heading. Those new ads aren’t chosen by the webmaster and appear instead of the normal ads, which might break the blending with the website, as the G logo does. This month, Adsense has changed it’s Terms of Agreement and now allows other contextual advertising systems to be placed on the same page with it. They must only not look like it, so they can be confused with Adsense. So you can use Adsense in combination with Chitika eMiniMalls, Kontera, InteliTXT, Amazon Contextual Ads, Clicksor etc.

The majority of feeds used to get news from a blog or news site to a reader, like Mozilla Thunderbird or bloglines are RSSÂ ( really simple syndication ) feeds. Microsoft states that it invented RSS and wants to patent the technology, but it’s a long shot and there are very much chances that it will remain free to use and unpatented by any company. Universal music sues Myspace for breaking copyrights for thousands of artists and the estimated price for the copyrighted work is at $150,000. Universal states that links for downloading it’s artists music are available on Myspace even before their launch on the market. As an response to this, Myspace provided a copyright protection tool for helping content owners protecting their copyrights and removing the illegal content from Myspace.
Google Apps is offering something like Outlook, from Microsoft Office or Lotus Notes from IBM and lets schools, organizations companies to set up Google home pages with customized feeds, calendars, the rest being defined by the users. This is another step in Google’s way to substitute Office.
